Who We Are

We are Western Food Trucks & Trailers, the Premiere mobile kitchen builder in the Pacific Northwest. Based in Kennewick, WA we design build food trucks and trailers for our customers specific business needs. Our past projects include everything from 36ft triple axle catering trailers, to 12ft shaved ice trailers, or 18ft BBQ food trucks. Our team of skilled builders won't miss a single detail building the perfect mobile kitchen for you.

Founded in 2002 as Western Equipment Sales, we started out selling restaurant equipment, hoods and walk-in coolers to the local restaurants in Tri-Cities, WA. We have now grown into Western Restaurant Supply, and Western Food Trucks & Trailers. Our dedicated food truck production facility in Kennewick, WA gives our team the ability to tackle large custom projects, while our equipment business and sales team for Western Food Trucks & Trailers operates out of a 10,000 sq/ft showroom in Richland, WA.

We believe in furthering the food truck industry in Washington State. The Washington State Food Truck Association is a voice for all mobile food vendors in the industry. They lobby our legislators in Olympia, WA to change codes, update laws, and are a valuable resource for a new or experienced food truck operator in Washington. We are proud to be the only sponsored food truck builder in the WSFTA.

Food Truck and Trailer Design

Our team works with you to design the truck or trailer of your dreams using industry-specific software and 2D CAD to provide robust drawings. This helps your mobile kitchen come to life, and solidifies the build process. We also use these drawings to submit applications to WA State Labor and Industries on your behalf, and schedule inspections once your truck is complete.

Retrofits and Remodels

Not everyone builds a new kitchen from scratch. We are one of the only builders in the region that can take your used truck or trailer, and renovate it to meet your needs, and pass State and Local codes to operate.
